Como identificar um paciente com fascite plantar?

O sintoma mais característico desse problema é uma dor forte, semelhante a uma facada, debaixo do pé, próximo ao calcanhar ou em outros pontos da fáscia.

Geralmente é pior após muito tempo em pé ou depois de ter subido escadas.

Além disso, alguns sinais apresentados também são edema, eritema e dificuldade para dorsiflexão do pé.

Geralmente, a dor tem seu pico de intensidade no período matutino e vai aliviando durante o dia ao caminhar.

No final do dia, com o excesso de esforço, a dor pode voltar a piorar.
